Aged care is built on connection. It is shaped by the people who receive care, the families and communities who support them, the dedicated workforce who deliver it, and the many organisations, partners and innovators who contribute every day.

Every person brings a unique perspective, experience and contribution to the aged care journey. The aged care ecosystem is made up of many voices, experiences and areas of expertise, each playing an important role in creating a sector that is responsive, sustainable and focused on what matters most,  supporting people to live their lives with dignity, choice and purpose.
Together We Can is a call to come together to listen, learn and act with a shared commitment to improving the lives of older Australians. It recognises that the greatest opportunities emerge when we combine our knowledge, challenge our thinking and work collaboratively towards a common goal.

This conference will celebrate the achievements, ideas and partnerships that are already making a difference, while exploring new possibilities for what we can achieve when we work as one. Through shared experiences, courageous conversations and practical solutions, we can strengthen the sector, inspire new ways of working and create better outcomes for older Australians.

Together We Can is about recognising our collective strength, because when we bring together the wisdom of experience, the energy of new ideas and the commitment of those who care every day, there is no limit to what we can achieve.
