Ageing Australia ITAC Conference Registration 2026


We invite you to join us at the Ageing Australia ITAC Conference 2026 in Brisbane from 6 to 7 May 2026.

To complete registration, please fill out the form below. During the registration process, you’ll be asked to:

  • Enter your contact details

  • Confirm your Ageing Australia membership status

  • Indicate your attendance at the ITAC Awards Dinner

  • Answer a few brief questions to assist with event planning

The registration portal is user-friendly just complete the required fields and click “Next” at the bottom of each page to continue. You may register up to 20 attendees at a time. Organisations registering 3 or more delegates will automatically qualify for the group rate.

If you are registering on behalf of someone else, please select the ‘group contact’ option below. You will also have the option to add your email address as a CC on the next page to ensure you receive all communications and a copy of the tax invoice.

Please note:
Payment is required at the time of registration via credit card. (AMEX is not accepted.)

We understand that plans may change. However, cancellations made on or after 6 April 2026 (30 days prior to the conference) will be non-refundable, as full payment will have already been committed to event costs.

Dietary requirements

We strive to accommodate all dietary requirements and preferences for our attendees. Please inform us of any specific dietary needs below, and we will do our best to meet them. However, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled due to certain constraints and additional costs may apply if the venue is unable to fulfill the request. The delegate list will be available to all attendees in accordance with the Privacy Act, only your name, organisation and state will be included on the delegate list. Please indicate below if you do not wish to be included on the delegate list. In the conference app you will have the ability to choose which contact details are displayed to other attendees. 

Ageing Australia membership status

Please select your registration type below, for delegates who select Ageing Australia member, your membership will be verified and if you are not a current financial member of Ageing Australia you will be invoiced for the difference. Delegates who, after registering, find themselves unable to attend the conference are welcome to nominate a substitute and must inform the Ageing Australia events team in writing as soon as possible. Payment Policy It is a condition that full payment is received within 14 days of receipt of the tax invoice or 10 business days prior to the conference, whichever occurs first. Delegates who have outstanding payments will be asked to make payment prior to the commencement of the conference and will not be admitted to the conference until payment has been processed. Upon initial registration, a Tax Invoice/Receipt will be emailed to the person making the booking Disclaimer Information is of a general nature only and has been prepared without taking into account your organisations particular needs, circumstances and objectives. Cancellations must be notified in writing to events@ageingaustralia.asn.au - We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending. However, please note that any cancellations made from April 6 onwards (30 days prior to the conference) will be non-refundable. At this point, full payment for your attendance has been made, and we are unable to recover these costs. Delegates who, after registering, find themselves unable to attend the event are welcome to nominate a substitute and must inform Ageing Australia events in writing as soon as possible.
