Ageing Australia SA State Conference registration 2025

 

The Ageing Australia SA State Conference which will be held at The Playford Hotel, Adelaide on the 9 May 2025.

To register your attendance please fill in your details below. During registration, you will need to enter your contact details and indicate your Ageing Australia membership status. The portal is easy to navigate, simply fill in the required boxes and click next at the bottom of each page to continue.

You will be able to register up to 20 people whilst in the registration portal - Groups of 3 or more people from the same organisation will be entitled to the group discount registration fee which will be applied automatically.  

Please note payment is required at the time of registration via credit card. (we are unable to accept AMEX cards.) We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending. However, please note that any cancellations made from April 9 2025 onwards (30 days prior to the conference) will be non-refundable. At this point, full payment for your attendance has been made, and we are unable to recover these costs.

If you are registering on behalf of someone else you can select the 'Group Contact' option below, and will be able to add a cc email address on the next page. This will mean you still receive all communication and a copy of the tax invoice.

We strive to accommodate all dietary requirements and preferences for our attendees. Please inform us of any specific dietary needs below, and we will do our best to meet them. However, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled due to certain constraints and additional costs may apply if the venue is unable to fulfil the request. The CEO networking event will take place at the Playford Hotel, Adelaide on Thursday 8 May from 5pm-6pm. Attended by Ageing Australia CEO Tom Symondson for an informal gathering the evening prior to the TAS State Conference.

Payment policy It is a condition that full payment is received within 14 days of receipt of the tax invoice or 10 business days prior to the conference, whichever occurs first. Delegates who have outstanding payments will be asked to make payment prior to the commencement of the conference and will not be admitted to the conference until payment has been processed. Upon initial registration, a Tax Invoice/Receipt will be emailed to the person making the booking.
