Ageing Australia NSW/ACT State Conference registration 2025

 

The Ageing Australia NSW/ACT State Conference which will be held at the Hilton, Sydney from 25 - 27 June 2025.

To register your attendance please fill in your details below. During registration, you will need to enter your contact details, indicate your Ageing Australia membership status, and indicate your attendance to the networking functions. The portal is easy to navigate, simply fill in the required boxes and click next at the bottom of each page to continue.

You will be able to register up to 20 people whilst in the registration portal. Groups of 3 or more people from the same organisation will be eligible for the discounted group rate.

Please note payment is required at the time of registration via credit card. We are unable to accept AMEX cards. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending. However, please note that any cancellations made from 25 May 2025 onwards (30 days prior to the conference) will be non-refundable. At this point, full payment for your attendance has been made, and we are unable to recover these costs.

To begin your registration, please indicate the number of people you are registering below. If you are registering on behalf of someone else you can select the 'group contact' option below, and will be able to add a cc email address on the next page. This will mean you still receive all communication and a copy of the tax invoice.

We strive to accommodate all dietary requirements and preferences for our attendees. Please inform us of any specific dietary needs below, and we will do our best to meet them. However, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled due to certain constraints and additional costs may apply if the venue is unable to fulfil the request. The NSW/ACT State Conference is pleased to offer discounted accommodation rates at Hilton Sydney. Please note these rates are only available through this registration portal. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

To begin your accommodation booking, please select your check-in and check-out dates below and click 'search'. This will display the room types available. Select which room type you would like and click 'book room' to continue. 

If your accommodation nights are not available please complete your registration without accommodation and then email events@ageingaustralia.asn.au with the delegate name, room type required and check-in/check-out dates. The events team will contact the hotel directly to secure the discounted conference rates.

Please note that your accommodation booking is not guaranteed until full payment has been received.

Accommodation policy:
Full payment of your accommodation is required to confirm your booking at the hotel. No refunds will be made for cancellations of accommodation bookings 30 days or less, prior to the conference. All incidentals will be payable by you direct to the hotel upon check-out. Please note that the hotel will ask for a credit card or security bond upon check-in.

Payment Policy It is a condition that full payment is received within 14 days of receipt of the tax invoice or 10 business days prior to the conference, whichever occurs first. Delegates who have outstanding payments will be asked to make payment prior to the commencement of the conference and will not be admitted to the conference until payment has been processed.
