Sponsorship and trade exhibition booking portal

Welcome to the National Conference 2025 Sponsor and trade exhibition booking portal. The National Conference will be held at The Gold Coast Convention Centre, on the 30 September - 2 October 2025. (Bump In for exhibitors will be Monday 29 September). Using this portal, you will be able to reserve a sponsorship package or trade exhibition booth, upload your company profile and logo for use at the conference. The prices are listed as the Ageing Australia non-associate pricing. Once a sponsorship package or trade booth has been reserved, the Ageing Australia team will verify your associate status and issue your invoice accordingly.
