Ageing Australia National Conference Registration 2025


We invite you to join us at Ageing Australia's National Conference on the Gold Coast from 30 September to 2 October 2025.

To complete registration, please fill the form below. During the registration process, you’ll be asked to:

  • Enter your contact details

  • Confirm your Ageing Australia membership status

  • Indicate your attendance at networking functions

  • Answer a few brief questions to assist with event planning

The registration portal is user-friendly just complete the required fields and click “Next” at the bottom of each page to continue. You may register up to 20 attendees at a time. Organisations registering 3 or more delegates will automatically qualify for the group rate.

If you are registering on behalf of someone else, please select the ‘group contact’ option below. You will also have the option to add your email address as a CC on the next page to ensure you receive all communications and a copy of the tax invoice.

Please note:
Payment is required at the time of registration via credit card. (AMEX is not accepted.)

We understand that plans may change. However, cancellations made on or after 30 August 2025 (30 days prior to the conference) will be non-refundable, as full payment will have already been committed to event costs.

Dietary requirements

We strive to accommodate all dietary requirements and preferences for our attendees. Please inform us of any specific dietary needs below, and we will do our best to meet them. However, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled due to certain constraints and additional costs may apply if the venue is unable to fulfill the request. Delegate list

The delegate list will be available to all attendees in accordance with the Privacy Act, only your name, organisation and state will be included on the delegate list. Please indicate below if you do not wish to be included on the delegate list. In the conference app you will have the ability to choose which contact details are displayed to other attendees.

The contact details in the conference app will only be made available to people you connect with (full name, job title, organisation, email, and mobile). If you do not accept an invitation to connect your details will not be shared with the person.

Payment Policy It is a condition that full payment is received within 14 days of receipt of the tax invoice or 10 business days prior to the conference, whichever occurs first. Delegates who have outstanding payments will be asked to make payment prior to the commencement of the conference and will not be admitted to the conference until payment has been processed.
